This website does not take online payments. Every order is confirmed directly with Naamya Gems over WhatsApp, phone, or in person, where the final price, specification, and payment method are agreed before you pay. This policy explains what happens after that, once goods are dispatched or handed over.

If an item arrives damaged, significantly different from what was agreed, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the item and its packaging. We'll review it and get back to you promptly.

Items that are damaged in transit, materially not as described or agreed (e.g. wrong stone, wrong weight), or found to differ from the certification shared with you, are eligible for a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

Because gemstones and rudraksha are natural products and orders are customised (e.g. sizing, energising/pooja on request, engraving), items are not eligible for return simply due to change of mind once accepted. Minor natural variation in colour or inclusions from photos is expected and is not grounds for return.

Approved refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original order, and are processed within a reasonable time after the returned item is received and inspected. Where a replacement is agreed instead, we'll arrange dispatch once the original item is returned.

For approved returns due to our error (damaged, wrong, or misdescribed item), we cover reasonable return shipping. For any other agreed return, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise discussed.
